Melissa Monsky

Melissa Monsky is a Global Senior HR Project Manager at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading the global rollout of Workday and HR initiatives for Haier Overseas, managing a global team of 10. Additionally, Melissa serves as a Board Member and President of Women Influencing Louisville since January 2015. Prior experience at Mercer from January 2003 to December 2018 includes roles as Team Leader, where strategic direction and operations for compensation administration were managed, Strategic Account Manager, coordinating client relationships and project management, and Manager of Customer Service and Software Support, where team integration and service excellence were achieved. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
