Roberto Rolon

Roberto Rolon is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in various industries. Roberto is currently working as a Principal DT Project Manager at GE Appliances, a Haier company. Throughout their career, Roberto has held leadership roles at notable companies such as Globant, SpanSource S.R.L., Avaya, Interfactura, Valkimia, Suasor, GLM, and F1 Web Design. Roberto has successfully led multi-million dollar projects, implemented ERP initiatives, coached project managers, and managed high-performing teams. Roberto's expertise in Scaled Agile methodologies and their ability to deliver projects on time and within budget have consistently exceeded customer expectations. Roberto Rolon has a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they obtained from 1997 to 2005. Roberto then pursued further education, completing an MBA in Business Administration at Universidad Nacional de Rosario from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Roberto has also obtained additional certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, and several certifications from Management 3.0 and the Scrum Alliance.
