Tami Hatfield

Tami Hatfield is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership across the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of HR Supply Chain at GE Appliances since December 2020, Tami oversees HR for over 10,000 employees and has previously held senior HR roles within the company, focusing on Consumer Operations. Tami's prior experience at Ford Motor Company spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included supervising labor relations, developing workforce programs, and negotiating with labor unions. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, an MBA from Bellarmine University, and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Eastern Kentucky University.
