Sabrina Luong Bouilhac is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management across multiple sectors, including energy and healthcare. Currently serving as the Global HR Leader for GE Vernova, Sabrina guides HR strategies for over 4,500 employees in advanced energy systems. Prior roles include International HR Business Partner for GE Renewable Energy, where significant contributions included strategic HR support for over 1,000 employees across 45 countries and leading talent development initiatives for 40,000 employees. Sabrina's earlier career at GE Healthcare involved various HR leadership roles, overseeing supply chain and engineering functions and driving organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to GE, Sabrina held significant positions at CFAO, focusing on training, staffing, and organizational development.
