Samuel Guess

Samuel Guess is currently working as the VP of Total Rewards at GE Vernova, where Samuel oversees the strategy, design, communication, and administration of global total rewards. Prior to this, Samuel held various HR leadership positions at companies such as LabCorp, Dell Technologies, and Wal-Mart, where Samuel managed compensation, benefits, and other HR initiatives. Samuel also has a legal background, having worked as an attorney and a special judge. Samuel holds a Master of Accountancy in Tax, a B.S. in Accounting, and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee.
