Before joining GeakMinds, Alagarsamy worked as an Enterprise SAFe Transformation Consultant & SAFe Trainer at Acceler8 Agile. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in implementing Agile methodologies and facilitating organizational transformations.

Prior to that, Alagarsamy served as the Chief Technology Officer at ALRICH UK Consulting Services Ltd., where they offered digital testing services to small and medium-sized firms. In this capacity, they were responsible for driving technological innovation and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Alagarsamy also gained valuable experience at various financial institutions, including Crédit Agricole CIB, Morgan Stanley, Miura Financial Services Regulatory Portal, Nationwide Building Society, Financial Conduct Authority, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Lloyds Banking Group. In these roles, they held positions such as Programme Engineering Automation and Agile Release Delivery, Programme Test Manager, Programme Business and Technology Consultant/Manager, Test Manager, QA Test Manager, and Test Lead.

Alagarsamy Kuppamuthu has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Thanthai Hans Roever Boys Higher Secondary School in Perambalur, where they studied Computer Science. Alagarsamy then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Chemical Engineering from Annamalai University, graduating in 2002.

In 2012, Alagarsamy enrolled in the Business School at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, where they completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Finance. This program lasted from 2012 to 2014.

Alagarsamy also has taken several certification courses to enhance their professional qualifications.
