Anna Spence, Assoc CIPD, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive global experience, currently serving as the Senior Global HR Manager at Gearbulk since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing Global HR Shore. Prior roles at Gearbulk also included HR Manager and HR Advisor, focusing on HR system management and the digitization and streamlining of HR processes. Before joining Gearbulk, Anna held progressive HR positions at G2 Ocean, Jobzone Norge AS, Proffice Norge, Statoil, and Orange Group, focusing on recruitment, personnel development, and policy implementation. Anna possesses a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed various leadership and specialized training programs.
