Debra Frost

Debra Frost is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in resourcing across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Gearset since June 2024, Debra previously held the position of Resourcing Specialist at JDR Cable Systems from October 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Prior experience includes strategic roles as Resourcing Manager and Recruitment Manager at John Lewis Partnership and John Lewis, respectively, focusing on stakeholder engagement and optimizing recruitment processes.
