Verity Porter-Reeves

Verity Porter-Reeves is a seasoned People Partner at Gearset since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Verity served as a Human Resources Business Partner at G's from August 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included HR Officer and HR Management Trainee, with a focus on ethical and employee engagement initiatives. Notably, during the HR Management Trainee placement, Verity designed and analyzed employee surveys while supporting employee relations and auditing compliance. Verity's career commenced with an internship as HR and L&D Administrator at PRS for Music in 2015. Academically, Verity holds Level 7 and Level 5 CIPD qualifications and earned a degree in Sociology with Social Psychology from the University of York from 2013 to 2016.
