Jeanne Lucas

Jeanne Lucas is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at KEATING since April 2024 and set to begin as an Elementary Music Teacher at Geary County USD 475 in August 2024. Previously, Jeanne held the position of Vice President of Human Capital Management at Bethany College from January 2021 to November 2023, focusing on strategic planning and productivity. Additionally, Jeanne was the Human Resources Director at McPherson Area Solid Waste Utility from August 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included implementing a successful wellness program. Earlier experience includes roles as Choir Director at Norman Public Schools and Abilene High School, where significant achievements were made in developing choral programs. Jeanne holds a Master's degree in Music from the University of Oklahoma and two Bachelor degrees in Music Education from Oklahoma State University.
