Bamlak Getachew

Bamlak Getachew is a People and Culture professional currently pursuing education at Addis Ababa University. Previously, Bamlak served as the People and Culture Lead at Gebeya Inc. and as an Area Senior Human Resource Officer at GOAL Global. With experience in onboarding, recruitment, offboarding, and employee engagement, Bamlak focuses on streamlining HR processes and enhancing workplace engagement. Bamlak is also an Emboldly Fellow, a member of Toastmasters International, and an IEP Peace Ambassador, demonstrating a commitment to mental health advocacy and continuous learning in the HR field.
