Lauren Bardebes

Lauren Bardebes has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Lauren has recently worked at Matomo as a People and Culture Lead. Prior to that, they held positions at RocketWerkz as a People and Talent Manager and later as the Head of People and Talent. Lauren also worked at Joy Business Academy as the People, Performance and Culture Lead. In the past, they were the Head of HR at FlixBus France and had a role as a Human Resources Advisor at Gameloft. Before entering the HR field, they worked as a Project Manager in both Human Resources and Public Relations departments at afcepf. Lauren also worked as a Project Manager at HENIX and as an HR, Employment Law Advisor at ManpowerGroup. In addition, they have a brief experience as a Solicitor at the Law firm of Godat- Marseille.

Lauren Bardebes holds a Master 2 Management degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Employment law, and General from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) from 2007 to 2008. Lauren also obtained a Master 1 Business Law degree in Employment Law from the same institution, spanning from 2003 to 2008. Furthermore, Lauren has additional certifications in Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn and an edX Certificate in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles. Lauren is also an ICF Member and has completed a course on Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn.
