Ashraf Hussein has been working in the industry since 2005. Ashraf began as an Account Representative at Raya Contact Center and then moved on to become a Senior Account Representative at Xceed. In 2007, they joined Vodafone Egypt as a Senior Account Advisor - Vodafone UK, where they were responsible for providing and exceeding customer service standards while marketing and generating new business. In 2010, they became a Senior Account Manager at Sutherland Global Services. In 2012, they joined Survivor II Inc as a Technical Engineer, where they served as the Chief Technical Lead and was involved in all aspects of business processes. Finally, in 2017, they joined GED Integrated Solutions as a Product Marketing Manager - IG and an IG Technology Engineer.
Ashraf Hussein attended Lycée La liberté de Bab El Louk from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Baccalaureate in Mathematics & Applied Science. Ashraf then attended Higher Technological Institute from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. In April 2022, they obtained a certification in Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere from Coursera.
