Christina Walsh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources and people development. Currently serving as the HR & People Development Manager at Geda Construction since October 2018, Christina is responsible for implementing key HR initiatives. Previously, Christina held roles as HR Manager and HR Advisor at CavanaghKelly, where responsibilities included offering strategic HR services to a multi-site practice and client base. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Officer at Allstate NI, contributing to HR operations within a large organization. Christina holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both earned from Queens University Belfast.
