Alexandros Paliouras

Alexandros Paliouras is an experienced ML and Data Engineer currently employed at Geekbot since June 2020. Responsibilities include end-to-end machine learning, APIs, MLOps, data analysis, data pipelines, and working with large language models (LLMs). Prior to this role, Alexandros was a stakeholder in Lithari Apartments from January 2013 to August 2020, managing seasonal rentals in Ierissos, Khalkidiki, Greece. Additionally, a master's thesis was completed at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) on the "Segmentation of knee MRI images with the use of the deep CNN SegNet," focusing on semantic segmentation of MRI images for Osteoarthritis. Alexandros also gained experience as a QA Engineering Intern at Kenotom in 2018 and holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from AUTH, completed in 2020.
