Gene De Libero

Gene De Libero is the President & Chief Strategy Officer at GeekHive, a company that specializes in digital transformation and customer experience. Gene has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has held leadership positions at various companies, including Sitecore, Wipro Digital, HEARD Media, and Strafire Media.

At Sitecore, Gene was the Director of Industry Strategy & Digital Transformation for the Global Strategy & Industries Group. In this role, they worked closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to provide best practices and thought leadership for implementing digital experience transformation in the financial services and insurance industries.

Before joining Sitecore, Gene was the Head of Digital Strategy at Wipro Digital, where they served as a digital marketing and business transformation consultant. In this role, they partnered with CIOs, COOs, CMOs, and other business and technology leaders to help them focus their organizations on serving the needs of the customer. Gene also led the strategic development of focus accounts and worked with internal and external partners to develop digital transformation opportunities.

Gene De Libero has a certificate in digital media marketing from NYU SCPS Marketing and Public Relations. Gene's fields of study include digital strategies for marketing, agile marketing for digital marketers, and understanding marketing technology and the role of the marketing technologist. Gene also has a certification from the Sitecore in Sitecore Ambassador and Strategy MVP 2020 + 2021. In addition, they are certified by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
