João Mello

João Mello is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product and engineering roles. As Chief Technology Officer at GeekHunter Brasil since December 2021, João leads the engineering structure to develop a top-tier marketplace and fosters a high-performance culture. Previously, João served as Head of Product, overseeing product development aimed at increasing customer engagement, and as Tech Lead, managing software development teams. Prior to GeekHunter, João co-founded Cozo Tecnologia, where responsibilities included engineering processes and R&D in AI. João's career began at Citi as an IT Business Analyst and Management Trainee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Wireless Technologies from Télécom Paris and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
