Rafael Oda

Rafael Oda has worked in the software engineering industry since 2011. In 2011, they began as a Software Engineering Intern at Credit Suisse. In 2012, they moved to Geekie, where they have held various roles since then. Rafael started as a Software Engineer, and then became a Software Engineering Manager in 2018. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Engineering, where they have been responsible for developing and delivering a strategic technological vision, managing a team of 30 people, aligning priorities with top management, budget planning, and participating in software architecture decisions.

Rafael Oda attended Colégio Etapa from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their high school studies. Rafael then went on to Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from 2008 to 2012.
