Ma Guo has extensive work experience in the field of warehousing and logistics. Ma is currently employed as a Senior Warehousing / Logistics manager at 极智嘉. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Warehousing / Logistics Specialist at 汉朝科技. Before that, they held the position of Business Development Manager at Axdia International GmbH and HCQS CO., Ltd. Ma has also served as Abteilungsleiter at Minmetals Germany GmbH. Earlier in their career, they worked as a 物流项目经理 at Flander GmbH 阿尔德风电 and as a 现场项目经理助理 at Babcock Borsig AG 亚太区首席代表处.

Ma Guo completed a Bachelor's degree in BWL/ international Wirtschaft und Handel from Renmin University of China between 1997 and 2001. Later, between 2003 and 2006, Guo pursued a Master's degree in BWL/Europäische wirtschaft from Ruhr University Bochum.
