Yumeng X.

Yumeng X.'s work experience includes a role as a Security Engineer at Geek+ from January 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at The Export-Import Bank of China from August 2016 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the development of various systems using Java and technologies such as WebSphere MQ, Spring, ClearCase, and Git. They also participated in research and architecture design, led the QA process, and conducted UI testing with Selenium. Before that, they had roles at China National Clearing Center, including a role as a Security Engineer from March 2015 to July 2016, an Infrastructure Engineer from June 2013 to February 2015, and a Software Engineer Intern from February 2012 to May 2013.

Yumeng X. completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Northwestern University, studying from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Yumeng earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Yumeng's high school education was completed at The Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to the degrees, Yumeng obtained several certifications. These include a Verified Master's Degree in Information Technology from Northwestern University, received in March 2022; Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer™ (CDPSE™) from ISACA, obtained in August 2020; a Verified International Bachelor's Degree from World Education Services in February 2020; and a Mathematical Contest In Modeling Certificate of Achievement from the CONSORTIUM FOR MATHEMATICS AND ITS APPLICATIONS, attained in 2012.
