Chad Ormond

Chad Ormond has extensive work experience in software development and technical roles. Chad started their career at Mastercard Payment Transaction Services Europe in 2006 as a Senior Application Developer, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Health Systems Technologies as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until 2015. Since 2015, Chad has been working at Geeks Ltd as a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead.

Chad Ormond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019. Chad also acquired the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from AWS in February 2022, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in July 2023.
