Michael Van Metre is an experienced technical support professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Colorado Technical University. Since July 2012, Michael has run Real IT and Support, overseeing computer support and repair services, managing the storefront, and conducting tech classes for diverse audiences including seniors and small business owners. Additionally, Michael serves as a Technical Lead at Tech Services Today, providing comprehensive technical support for clients across the Front Range area since June 2016, and has been a Technician at Geeks On Site, specializing in computer support and repair since June 2012.
