Aanchal Rustagi

Aanchal Rustagi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Aanchal currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd, where they are responsible for various aspects of HR management including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee interface at the corporate level. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Aanchal started their career as an HR Executive at Satya Group, where they managed the entire HR function for day-to-day operations. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at ARCHELONS, where they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes for renowned automobile companies in the Gulf region.

Aanchal Rustagi earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, from 2015 to 2017.
