Snir Wiessman

Snir Wiessman is the president and CEO of Israel Oil and Gas Fund, LP.

From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Wiessman worked as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Alon Israel. In his position at Alon Israel, Mr. Wiessman often led the company’s efforts in dealing with both private and public capital markets. Mr. Wiessman also led Alon Israel’s emerging markets team where he was focused on determining entry solutions into new markets.

Mr. Wiessman received his B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Ben Gurion University with honors and his MBA from the Tel Aviv University, Recanati Business School.

Mr. Wiessman served in the Israeli military’s elite intelligence branch 8200, the equivalent of the National Security Agency (NSA) in the United States.
