With extensive experience in leadership roles, André has previously held positions such as Vice President of Sales at Nicholas Earth Printing, CEO & President of High Five Pillars, Inc., and Founder & President of Dynamic Sports Corporation, where efforts included developing an athletic facility in Des Moines, Iowa. André's diverse educational background includes an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Phoenix and multiple BA degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and Hamilton College.
