Carolynne Borders

Carolynne Borders serves as the Chief Investor Relations Officer at GE Healthcare since October 2022, after fulfilling the role of Senior Executive for Investor Relations at GE from August 2021 to October 2022. Borders has extensive experience in investor relations, having been the Vice President of Investor Relations at Henry Schein for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included leading investor communication for a Fortune 500 company. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations at SMSC, where Borders managed communications for a diverse tech firm, and Executive Vice President of LI Invest, a non-profit promoting investments in Long Island companies. Earlier experience includes leading Investor Relations at Andrea Electronics Corporation and serving as Senior Market Intelligence Executive at The Financial Relations Board. Borders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Marist College.
