Finn Haley

Finn Haley currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer at GE HealthCare, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Finn was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Edwards Lifesciences from January 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital investments, and partnerships. Prior experience at 3M spanned over 13 years in various roles, including Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development, where Finn was instrumental in finalizing the Acelity acquisition, the largest medtech deal of 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions at Piper Jaffray & Co. and Duff & Phelps Corporation, focusing on investment banking in the healthcare sector. Finn Haley holds an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
