John Pearson

John Pearson is an experienced professional in medical and scientific affairs, currently serving as the Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at GE Healthcare since 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing academic research partnerships in the Northeast region of the United States. Previous roles include Director of Research Development at the American College of Radiology, focusing on advancing medical imaging science, and Director of Research & Programs at The Mind and Life Institute, leading initiatives in education and contemplative science. John Pearson also held various positions at Siemens Corporation from 2002 to 2013, managing government-funded R&D projects, and served at the SRI (David Sarnoff Research Center) from 1987 to 2002 in roles from Project Leader to Director, concentrating on neural networks and machine learning.
