Leyan Salih

Leyan Salih is a seasoned Technology Advisor currently employed at Gnist Consulting since March 2022, actively supporting teams in their transformation journeys. Leyan also serves as an External Assessor for the M.Sc. in Systems Engineering at the University of South-Eastern Norway and holds a Technology Advisor role in management at GE Healthcare. With extensive experience at NEP Norway as a Transformation Consultant and in various leadership positions, Leyan has successfully coached teams, facilitated workshops, and developed customized transformation models. Additional experience includes roles as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Bane NOR, promoting digital changes and overseeing cross-functional teams in the ERTMS program. Leyan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Business Management from the University of South-Eastern Norway and Stevens Institute of Technology, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics from the University of Agder.
