Margaret Blouin, CCP, PHR, is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Compensation at GE Healthcare since August 2019, Margaret oversees compensation strategies for a leading global medical technology and digital solutions company. Prior to this role, Margaret held the position of Compensation Lead for the US region at GE Power from August 2014 to August 2019, contributing to a diverse portfolio of energy businesses.
