Mary Rindo

Mary Rindo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources across multiple divisions of GE, including GE HealthCare and GE Oil & Gas. Serving as a Senior HR Business Partner since 2016, Mary provides HR leadership and develops functional talent strategies for operating functions, global law, policy, and quality assurance. Prior roles include HR leadership positions in various capacities, including Global HR Manager for Medical Diagnostics and Life Support Solutions at GE HealthCare, and Senior HR Manager at GE Oil & Gas, focusing on engineering and supply chain operations. Mary began their career in HR with roles in smaller organizations and has a strong educational foundation with an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a BS in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
