Minda Xu

Minda Xu currently serves as Vice President, Strategy & Chief Marketing Officer at GE HealthCare, leading a company recognized for its innovative medical technology and services. Previously, Minda held various senior positions at Honeywell, including Vice President and General Manager of High Growth Regions, where full P&L responsibility was managed across multiple global regions. Minda also led Corporate Development and M&As for China and high growth regions at Honeywell, as well as strategic marketing initiatives that significantly contributed to annual revenues. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AECOM and McGraw Hill Construction, focusing on business development and strategic marketing in Asia. Minda holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.E. in Industrial Management Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
