Richard Skaggs

Richard Skaggs has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical device regulatory affairs and training. Currently serving as Lead Specialist in Product Surveillance at GE HealthCare since August 2011, Richard has led investigations, validation testing, and data review while also fulfilling training responsibilities. Previous roles include Clinical Product Surveillance Specialist at GE HealthCare, Application Specialist at Aperio, and Clinical Specialist where extensive medical device training was provided to healthcare professionals. Additionally, Richard has held positions as Director of Radiology at Milford Valley Memorial Hospital and Specialty Technologist CT at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Stevens Henegar College, a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from Weber State University, and a degree in Radiologic Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
