William Elliott

William Elliott has extensive experience in the fields of government contracts and biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Director of Government Contracts at GE Healthcare since November 1998. Prior roles include Director of Government Programs at Marquette Medical Systems and Head of the Equipment Management Department at the National Naval Medical Center, where responsibilities included technology assessment and equipment budgeting. Elliott also held the position of Head of the Acquisition Management Department, focusing on small purchasing and contracts. Educational qualifications include a Government Contracting Masters Certification from the US Army Logistics University, a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering and Political Science from North Carolina State University, and ongoing education at the US Navy Submarine Warfare School.
