Troy Naperala

Troy Naperala is a Vice President at GEI Consultants, Inc. with extensive experience in water resources/civil infrastructure projects. Prior to joining GEI, Troy held various leadership roles at AECOM and served as a Board Member at the Board of Professional Engineers and Architects. Troy has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
