Andrew Kimmel

Andrew Kimmel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and performance management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent & Performance Management at GEICO since May 2024, Kimmel previously held senior roles at Citi, including Senior Vice President for Human Resources Advisor and Senior Vice President for Talent & Diversity. At Citi, notable achievements included leading the Talent practice for Global Functions and redesigning a leadership development program for women. Prior to Citi, Kimmel was the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at McCann Worldgroup, where Kimmel developed corporate values and innovative career experience maps. Experience at PepsiCo involved managing leadership development programs for high-potential leaders. Kimmel holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
