Becca Martin

Becca Martin is a seasoned communications executive with extensive experience in internal and executive communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Internal Communications at GEICO, Becca oversees communication strategies for the third-largest auto insurer in the U.S. Prior roles include leading employee communications at Workday, managing internal communications for Amazon's Global Specialty Fulfillment, and directing communications for Caterpillar's global HR division. Becca's background also encompasses corporate communications at Ace Hardware, senior internal communications at Abbott, community management at NBCUniversal's EveryBlock, and communications management at McDonald's.
