Emily Smith

Emily Smith currently serves as Vice President of the Global Occupied Office Portfolio at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities include managing strategy, transactions, and projects on a global scale. As President of Splaced LLC, Emily oversees operational activities since December 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Real Estate at SSM Health, where real estate strategy and transaction management were guided for a four-state hospital system. Additional roles include positions in transaction management at CBRE, associate vice president at Cassidy Turley, and various teaching and administrative roles in prestigious institutions. Emily holds an MBA from The Wharton School, along with degrees in English and American Literature from Washington University in St. Louis and The University of Texas at Austin.
