Heather Katz

Heather Katz is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at GEICO, leading a centralized organization focused on transforming and modernizing Document Management systems for the enterprise. With over a decade of experience at GEICO, Heather has held various leadership roles in underwriting systems and software engineering, including spearheading key initiatives and implementations. Heather also has a strong educational background, holding a Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from The Johns Hopkins University.
