Noeleen Heeney

Noeleen Heeney is an experienced leader with a robust background in product strategy and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy and Operations at GEICO since August 2024, Noeleen previously held key positions at Rocket Mortgage, where responsibilities included formalizing Product and Design Operations and leading a large multi-disciplinary team to drive design strategies. Prior experience at Ford Motor Company involved scaling design teams and developing human-centered design methodologies, while earlier roles included operations management at The Praxis Project and major gifts fundraising at Sojourners. Noeleen holds both a Master of Public Policy and Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Isenberg School of Management, respectively.
