Vivek Rana

Vivek Rana currently serves as the Sr. Director of Engineering at GEICO, leading efforts on enterprise integration platforms to enhance data flow and support the company's digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining GEICO in August 2024, Vivek held various leadership roles at Workday from January 2014 to August 2024, including Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included managing the Data Interaction Frameworks and overseeing the runtime engine for the product development platform. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Engineering at RRKidz/Reading Rainbow, Director of Software Development at SurveyMonkey, and Director of Software Development at MarketTools Inc., where Vivek contributed to several innovative projects in software development and mobile strategy. Vivek holds an AI: Business Strategies and Applications degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the National Center for Software Technologies.
