David Egerton

Group Product Director at Geidea Solutions

David Egerton has extensive experience in product management and customer experience, particularly in the merchant-facing and omni-channel retailing sectors. Starting in 2008, they worked at Debenhams as a Retail Store Manager before transitioning to Multi-Channel - Store Operations Manager. In this role, they launched and managed in-store Omni-Channel operations. From 2015 to 2017, David served as the Head of Omni-Channel Operations at Landmark Group, where they introduced and managed Omni-Channel operations for all brands. At Al-Futtaim, from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Head of Omni-Channel and In-Store Innovation, focusing on transforming stores for the digital age. David then joined Network International and held two roles: Head of Retail Solutions and Head of Customer Experience. In these positions, they were responsible for merchant-facing products and overall customer experience. Currently, David is working as the Group Product Director at geidea, overseeing product design and management for both merchant-facing and internal-facing products.

David Egerton attended South Cheshire College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Business, Psychology, and English Language and earned their A Levels. David then went on to study Business Studies at Liverpool John Moores University from 2004 to 2008, where they received their BA Hons degree.
