Osamah Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and software development. Osamah is currently working as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Geidea, where they are responsible for the infrastructure and configuration management of the payment gateway and merchant manager system in UAE. This includes utilizing various technologies such as Rancher Kubernetes Engine, Kong API Gateway, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Prior to this, Osamah worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at BT Applied Technology, where they automated the AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and implemented CI/CD pipelines with Helm Charts on Amazon Elastics Kubernetes Service.

Before BT Applied Technology, Osamah held the position of a Senior Software Developer at ANELKSA where they primarily focused on frontend development using .Net Framework 4. And prior to that, they worked as a .NET Developer at COREVALUE INDUSTRIAL & BUSINESS SERVICES PVT LTD, where they developed N-Layered architectures using ASP. NET MVC framework.

Osamah Ahmed holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the same university between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Certified DevOps Professional from Oracle in August 2023 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in January 2022.
