Ramez Ishak

Ramez Ishak currently serves as the Head of Talent & HR Business Partnering at geidea since July 2023, previously holding roles such as Sr. HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Manager for Egypt and India. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition at Majid Al Futtaim, where Ramez built and led a centralized team of over 60 Talent Acquisition professionals across multiple countries. Earlier positions include Regional Head of Recruitment for MENA at the British Council and Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM. Ramez's career began with a focus on recruitment and HR management at Henkel, AstraZeneca, and EFG Hermes. Ramez holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
