Janice Gray, SHRM-SCP, HCS, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer/ Chief People Officer at Geiger. Prior to their current role, Janice held various HR leadership positions at CONMED Corporation and GHD, focusing on talent development, acquisition, and engagement. With a strong background in HR management and a commitment to developing future leaders, Janice has a proven track record of building high-performing and engaged teams in various organizations. Janice also has experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching HR-related courses. Janice holds a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University and an MS in Human Resource Management & Development from Chapman University.
