Kim Drumgo

Kim Drumgo brings extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion to the role of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Geisinger, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Kim served as Chief Diversity Officer at Anthem, Inc. and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at AICPA, where efforts focused on enhancing diverse talent pipelines within the accounting profession. Additional roles include Director, Chief Diversity Official at BCBSNC, where strategic diversity initiatives were developed, and manager positions in project and quality assurance roles across various organizations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
