Jason Woodard is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Geislinger Corporation since October 2022, Jason leads multiple functions including manufacturing, HR, and quality. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Dimplex Thermal Solutions and Assistant General Manager at Magna International, where Jason oversaw significant production operations. With a strong background in plant management and operational leadership from positions held at Paragon Metals, Janesville Acoustics, and Brembo North America, Jason has consistently driven improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Global Leadership from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Baker College.
