Nikoletta Karaiskou

Nikoletta Karaiskou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nikoletta is currently the Group Human Resources Director at GEK TERNA Group of Companies since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EY from 2017 to 2021, where they held positions such as Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, specializing in workforce advisory, organizational design, and talent management. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Greece from 2014 to 2017 as an Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant in Organizational Transformation & Talent, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, and culture assessments. Nikoletta also served as the HR Manager at LEROY MERLIN Greece & Cyprus from 2012 to 2014. Their earlier experience includes roles at Randstad Hellas as a Senior Consultant and Specialist in industrial services, production/manufacturing/logistics, and professionals branch, and at Adecco as a Recruitment Officer. Overall, they have expertise in HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, and recruitment.

Nikoletta Karaiskou completed an MSc in Human Resources Management at Oxford Brookes University from 2005-2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Business Economics with Marketing and Operational Research from the University of Dundee, graduating in 2005.

In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI) from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2015.
