Oleksandr later progressed to the role of Project Manager within the same company, where they remained until December 2009.

In 2010, Shyltsev joined Gelato, a company focused on providing customized items to the global market. Oleksandr started as a PHP Developer and quickly advanced to the position of Software Development Team Lead.
