Maria Kappel

Maria Kappel is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Gelber Group LLC since June 2024, Maria has held key leadership positions in various prominent organizations, including Chief People Officer at Link Logistics Real Estate and Director of Global HR Business Partner at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Previous roles include directorships at Ronin Capital, UBS Global Asset Management, and Abbott Laboratories, as well as experience as an Executive Search Consultant with Ray & Berndtson. Maria started their career as an HR Manager at Citadel Investment Group and as a Human Resources Assistant at American National Bank & Trust. Maria Kappel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
